Scrumcaster is run by evelon, s.r.o. This is what we keep and why.

• Every phrase you submit, with our filter's verdict on it, whether it was allowed or not. We read this log to catch abuse and to fix wrong refusals.
• The audio we make and its share link. Anyone with the link can play it. There is no public feed.
• Your sign-in: the account ID and email address Google or GitHub gives us. A cookie keeps you signed in.
• Your credits and purchases: each credit granted, bought or spent. Stripe takes the payment; we never see your card.
• Your IP address, which we use to rate-limit requests and which our server logs record.

Your phrases go to OpenAI to be checked and to ElevenLabs to be voiced. Google or GitHub handles sign-in, Stripe handles payments, and Cloudflare stores the audio and sits in front of the site. Our server tells PostHog what happens on the site (visits, plays, generations, purchases) to count them; it sends your country but not your IP address or anything you type, and sets no cookie. We don't sell your data or show ads.

To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to [email protected]. We keep purchase records for as long as accounting law requires.
